GreenPay provides a set of tools specifically designed for those who manage businesses, NGOs, government entities and organizations with multiple needs in electronic payment processing.
Regarding platform related incidents, support is provided through phone, email, WhatsApp; as well as the escalation of cases and incidents to levels 2 and 3 of GreenPay for their timely analysis and resolution.
