Job profile

Academic background: Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Marketing / Sales or related field

Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in similar positions.

Account Manager position to work remotely with the following countries: Honduras, Guatemala and Costa Rica

Required Training

  • Identify, create and qualify new business opportunities for Arkkosoft, understanding the line of business and the environment in which its clients develop.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of solutions, maintenance and support strategies and new purchasing opportunities.
  • Learn about industry trends, competitors, relative position in the market, and what Arkkosoft has done and can do in the customer environment.
  • Identify and prioritize customer issues.
  • Establish and maintain an effective relationship both at the functional levels and with the client’s executives, updating them on Arkkosoft’s new products, services and solutions, as well as communicating successful projects and the added value of Arkkosoft’s brand.
  • Understand and provide added value to the client’s strategic plan, in addition to the information technology plan with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Work with client and Arkkosoft resources in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify distribution channels to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and maximize revenue for the company.
  • Unify proposals to customers, as well as their delivery.

Technical knowledge

  • Cloud Business Knowledge (Azure, AWS)
  • Knowledge in Scrum Methodology, SAFE, among others.
